Exact PipeCut+Bevel 220 Pro Series
Cut and bevel cast iron pipes up to 220 mm OD
The truly powerful PipeCut+Bevel 220 Pro Series is the machine you want to choose for pipe cutting jobs where you need to cut and bevel cast iron & plastic pipes and/or be able to adjust the cutting depth for any pipe materials.
This pipe saw is suitable for pipe sizes up to 220 mm in OD .
This machine has a double-functionality that can be used for cutting and bevelling or only for cutting.
In addition to the same features of the regular PipeCut model, this PipeCut+Bevel 220 Pro Series has added benefits thanks to the cutting depth adjustment feature, diamond cut bevel disc, and the special blade guard for it.
When using Cut+Bevel, you can cut and bevel
- Cast iron & nodular cast ductile pipes
- When using for cutting and bevelling, you get a nice clean cut with a 15° bevel
When using it as Cutting only, you can cut
- Stainless steel & steel pipes (with separately orderable blade)
- Cast iron & ductile pipes (with separately orderable blade)
- All soft materials such as plastics, aluminum, copper etc. (with separately orderable blade)
- When using for cutting only, you get an accurate & smooth cut end
Do you need optional extras?
- This machine is primarily designed for cutting and bevelling purposes, and for that reason, the standard equipment does not include the cutter blades. If you want to use this machine for only cutting various materials listed above, the suitable blades are ordered separately.

Exact PipeCut+Bevel 360 Pro Series is a cutting and bevelling machine for water & sewer pipelines. The Cut+Bevel happens simultaneously in just one process. Suitable for cast iron and plastic pipes. Equipped with the best diamond disc on the market.
You can easily choose the bevel length and depth with the machine’s adjustments. You can even adjust the bevel depth during the cutting process.
The machine is extremely easy and safe to use and revolutionizes the way how cast iron pipes are being worked on. Thanks to the machine’s portability and mobility, you can carry the machines to where the pipe is, instead of bringing the pipe to the machine.
The patented gripping unit ensures firm attachment to the pipe and makes the use of the machine convenient. The machine package comes with pipe supports that are placed on the ground and for the pipe to be placed upon.
Additionally, you can order a special blade guard featuring a vacuum port (when cutting cast iron with concrete layer and plastics) to easily vacuum all the small dust/chips and take the user-friendliness to the next level.
