Infinity range
The standard equipment of Infinity includes chains to cover pipe sizes (outside diameter) from 360 mm (14”) to 1850 mm (73”).
If you need chains to cut pipes over 1850 mm (73”), simply order additional chain segments, which are sold in 2 m (78”) increments.
The standard equipment chains cover the most common large pipe sizes.

Exact PipeCut INFINITY
Cutting the world’s largest pipes with Infinity
As the name indicates, Infinity is pipe cutting without boundaries in terms of cutting capacity for pipe outside diameter. You can cut all pipe sizes (outside diameter) from 360 mm upwards.
Exact Infinity is a completely new type of pipe cutting system, unlike the other exact models, it uses a chain type of gripping mechanism. Thanks to the flexibility of the chain segments, it allows you to extend the chain segment gripping unit as much as you like.
Thanks to this innovative method, the boundaries of pipe cutting diameter limitations are no longer an issue.
Also available as a Cut+Bevel option for cutting and bevelling cast iron & plastic pipes in one process.

Can cut all pipes from OD 360 mm upwards: Steel, stainless steel, plastics, cast/ductile iron.
Can cut and bevel cast iron: A special blade guard and disc for this purpose are standard equipment in Cut+Bevel model. Plus model can be used to Cut+Bevel cast/ductile iron pipes if you separately order the needed accessories.
Cutting depth adjustment: A cutting depth adjustment mechanism that allows to cut pipes at desired cutting depth. This mechanism allows you to cut multi-layer pipes. This feature can be used on any pipe materials as needed. Standard equipment only in Cut+Bevel and Plus models.
Constant feed with power drill connection: Special accessory, gearbox, that can be connected to a power drill for even easier working. Standard equipment only in Plus model. For other models separately orderable.

Infinity Plus
In addition to the standard equipment the tensioner device is modified to include gearbox for power drill connection. Also a cutting depth adjustment is included.

Exact PipeCut INFINITY Hydra
Hydraulic power for cutting the world’s largest pipes
As the name suggests, HYDRA Infinity brings the unlimited cutting capacity of the Infinity system together with the power and reliability of hydraulic operation. Designed for demanding industrial applications, it can cut all pipe sizes from 360 mm outside diameter and upwards, making it ideal for large-scale pipeline installation and maintenance.
Unlike other Exact pipe saws, the HYDRA Infinity uses an innovative chain-type gripping mechanism that securely attaches to the pipe. The chain can be extended with additional segments, allowing the machine to cut virtually any pipe diameter without limitation.
Powered by an external hydraulic power source, the HYDRA Infinity is perfectly suited for harsh working environments, including construction sites, trenches and utility projects. It can be connected to a hydraulic power pack or the hydraulic system of compatible machinery, providing consistent performance where electric tools are not practical.
The HYDRA Infinity is also available with an optional Cut+Bevel Package, allowing cast and ductile iron pipes to be cut and bevelled simultaneously in a single operation.

Hydraulic operation
The hydraulic motor provides reliable, high-performance cutting in challenging working conditions. The machine can be powered by a hydraulic power unit or connected directly to the hydraulic system of compatible construction equipment.
Chain-type gripping system
The unique chain gripping mechanism securely fastens the machine to the pipe. Additional chain segments can be added to suit virtually any pipe diameter, making the HYDRA Infinity ideal for very large pipelines.
Optional Cut+Bevel upgrade
The optional Exact Cut+Bevel Package for HYDRA Infinity allows cast and ductile iron pipes to be cut and bevelled in one operation using a dedicated Diamond Cut+Bevel disc and blade guard, improving productivity and reducing installation time.
Cutting depth adjustment
An integrated cutting depth adjustment mechanism allows precise control of the blade depth, making it suitable for multi-layer pipes and applications where controlled cutting depth is required.
